Nico Rosberg Wins Austrian 2015 GP. Hamilton's championship lead trimmed to just ten points

The gap is down to 10 points it closes the points gap and keeps the season going longer.

Nico Rosberg was fantastic today, total domination and deserved to win the Austria Formula 1 Grand Prix 2015 Race because he was quickest this whole week. Lewis did not get a good headstart at the beginning of the race, and upon having lost the launch Nico took full advantageit was a fair race win. Congrats to Nico.

Lewis Hamilton was very poor this afternoon and needs to respond at the next race at  Silverstone. Nico Rosberg drove a professional and commanding race up front - more of that and he could really rattle Hamilton. With Kimi Raikkonen's contract up for review soon, silly tankslappers like on lap 1 won't help his cause. Felipe Massa drove well but shame for Sebastian Vettel - would have been a comfortable 3rd without the pitstop shambles.
Usually uber-smooth Ferrari pit-stop crew not so today which both spoiled the race and livened it up in some ways.

Kimi Raikkonen and Fernando Alonso collided on lap one.

Raikkonen appeared to lose control of the rear of his Ferrari coming out of Turn 2, swerving into the path of Alonso's McLaren Honda.
It speaks volumes of Alonso when he said he "was so happy to see Kimi Raikkonen was O.k." With the season McLaren has had, it is amazing that Fernando Alonso is not throwing fits right now. Usually people  tend to love underdogs, but this is getting ridiculous for McLaren Honda. The next Rear at Silverstone the British GP.
Lewis Hamilton it was  hit with a penalty after he crossed the white line on the pitlane exit.

“I had no idea what happened, I didn’t think l went over,” Lewis Hamilton said.

The 5 second penalty killed the race if Hamilton didn't get that I'm sure it would of been a fight to the finish especially rosberg having problems near the end. Roll on the next event at Silverstone the British GP.

Porsche beat Audi in the Le Mans 24-hour Race 2015

Double victory for Porsche, after five years, pushing down their rivals within the Volkswagen Group, from the top of the podium in Formula 1 with Force India racer Nico Hulkenberg was driving the No.19 Porsche alongside Nick Tandy and Earl Bamber, which took lead before nightfall and held it for the remainder of the event.

Porsche's history is one of the most important at  Le Mans 24-hour Race,17th victory in motor sport competition for Porsche, after five years for the first time they managed to deprive the first place to the Audi. Porsche returned to the LMP1 class last year, taking on the might of Audi, which has won every other Le Mans 24 Hours this decade, and Toyota, which is the reigning WEC champion.

Maybe we should go back to a time when Formula 1 drivers drive in multiple forms of Motorsport also if Sportscars can have successful Hybrid engines why is F1 such a shambles - another good side might be to entice Audi/Porsche into Formula1 if there were multi discipline drivers, Nico Hulkenberg said he had not anticipated winning at Le Mans on his first attempt.

The French Le Mans 24-hour Race

The 24 Hours of Le Mans (In French: 24 Heures du Mans) is the world's oldest and prestigious active sports car race in high endurance racing, held annually since 1923 near the town of Le Mans, France. It is one of the most prestigious automobile races in the world and is often called the "Grand Prix of Endurance and Efficiency" Race in the World

Lewis Hamilton winner in the Canadian Formula 1 GP

The British Lewis Hamilton says
"I don't know what it was like to watch, but it felt intense. I really enjoyed it," World Champion says after the winn in the Canadian GP Race.

Hamilton finished 2.2 seconds ahead of his Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg  throughout the 70-lap Canadian Prix race.

Find a different Sport to watch if you think the Canadian GP Race. It was boring.

Felipe Massa and Sebastian Vettel would probably say it's been their most entertaining race this year. Well done to them both, unlucky McClaren, and good luck hanging on to both drivers next year... It's a pity the race was governed by fuel economy, not particularly something I believe should go hand in hand with Formula1 Congratulations Lewis on your thirty-seventh career Grand Prix victory! But I am very sorry to say that (Vettel's botched passes on Alonso and Hulkenberg, Massa and Ericsson going wheel to wheel, Grosjean and Stevens' collision, Alonso's angry but entertaining radio message, and Kimi Raikkonen's spin aside), today's race was not really very exciting. And Fernando Alonso's radio message just sums up what is wrong with Formula 1 right now.

But now everyone is moaning how far Mercedes are in front but Formula 1 has always been a story about teams/drivers dominating. Sebastian Vettel won 4 years in a row, It was as much complaining when he was winning every week. When Vettel, Michael Schumacher, Fernando Alonso etc were the dominant drivers no one really cared they were just 'the best driver of their generation' however when lewis Hamilton is winning the sport is boring. Agree things like refuelling etc in races should be bought back but all teams work within the same refines. It's the same in most sports, the team willing to spend the most money wins. You can't give the lowest team the most finance, it's a reward to performance based system so unfortunately this way works today's high performance sports who has the most resources always wins.

FC Barcelona won the UEFA Champions League 2015

FC Barcelona claimed their third UEFA Champions League in six years by winning in Berlin's Olympic Stadium. Barcelona won against Juventus Torino by 3-1. Goals by  Rakitic 4′ Suárez 68′ Neymar 90′ minutes for Barcelona and Morata 55′ minutes for Juventus.

Well done Barcelona. What a team they have been this season some incredible football  well deserved UEFA Champions League final winners.
Barcelona deserved winners a masterful display in counterattacking football, and they showed grit to get back into the lead with Juventus coming on strong in the second half with a Álvaro Morata Goll in the 55′ minutes but it was not enough.
It just had to be Suarez who scored the winner (with Neymar sealing the deal.Well done Barca. Messi doesn't have to score to show he's quality. As proven in this game and many others.

Juventus Torino had a gameplan today but unfortunately they couldn't execute it. Barcelona were good, quietly and efficient, Lionel Messi, Neymar, Luis Suárezis, definitely they are the best combination in world football for now. Juventus gave a good game, but Barca deserved it in the end. It could have been more entertaining game in the end Congrats! Barca.
And for 35-year-old Barcelona legend Xavi Hernándezwhich played 24 years for Barcelona and won 24 trophies for Barcelona,  including a World Cup win for Spain.
He was able to say farewell after a magnificent career with another Champions League win before a move to Al Sadd in Qatar.

Barcelona have been the best team in the world this season they deserve it but watch out for Real Madrid will be back with a vengeance next season!.

Serena Williams wins 20th Grand Slam, at Roland Garros the French Open

Serena Williams won the French Open final against Czech 13th seed Lucie Safarova to claim her 20th Grand Slam title.
The American Serena Williams (33-year-old), ranked number one, needed two hours and one minute to win 6-3 6-7 (2-7) 6-2 at Roland Garros the French Open in Paris.

Congratulations Serena Williams Champion of the 2015 French Open.
A deserved  win by Serena Williams Brilliant game both players Serena Williams and Lucie Safarova, they put in 100% effort for the game. Serena remains a top class! athlete.

Serena is obviously the most dominate woman tennis player of this era. I think there's no doubt she can win 2 more Grand Slams only Germany's Steffi Graf on 22 has won more since the open era began in 1968. Victory at Wimbledon in July would see Williams hold all four major titles at once.

Serena Williams , at the age 28, had lungs embolism and hardly pulled through, she is such a great athlete, the fantastic results she has achieved after the recovery she truly deserves.

Serena Williams was warned by the chair umpire for an audible obscenity.
Sports is emotionally challenging and no matter the game champions want to win and they show emotions in different ways Some when losing just fizzle out and others cuss, pout, slam things and even mumble constantly to themselves but the winners never lets up and pushes themselves to win at all cost.Stop hating and give a champ the due respect.Serena Williams is the best player of her generation.

The Queen of Tennis has won! The haters are kicking themselves! Serena, in the words of Tina Turner: " You're simply the best, better than all the rest. " Congratulations again Queen Serena Williams!.
